Rare Billkien Godzilla 1965 11 inch figure from Japan. This figure has a moving mouth, moving arms, moving legs, and a moving tale. Originally it was just green in color, but was custom painted with more detail by the previous owner. The paint it a bit thick and there is some scratches on the finger nails.
